Can I get a refund if I don't like a filter?
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases, provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product. If you'd like a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your product, reach out and we'll help straight away. Want to try before you buy? Kino is 100% free.
Can I use the filters on multiple cameras?
Yes. Once you have purchased a filter you can install it on as many Camp Snap cameras as you own. There's no device limit.
Do these filters work on Camp Snap Pro?
Not yet! Our filters currently work with the Camp Snap v103/v105 and v201 (CS2) only. Camp Snap Pro uses a different filter format, so our filters are not compatible. We will be porting the filters over to the other Camp Snap products soon.
How long until I get my filters?
